Aim: Education is the manifestatin of the perfection already in man - Swami Vivekananda Method: Values and competencies that are to be developed in each child are listed and matched. New lesson plans based on these values and competencies are re-written and taught.

SPORTS DAY AND ANNUAL DAY CELERTIONS AT SRI RAMAKRISHNA VIDYA KENDRA Sports: February 10,11 & 12 Annual Day Celebrations: February 19, 2005 Recently LG Software Co., Bangalore donated 10 very good computers for the use of the children of Vidya Kendra. We are thankful to them for this generous gift. More such gifts are needed to upgrate our computer lab.

Sunday Vivekananda Balaka Sangha - a religio-cultural forum wherein the children are taught sanskrit slokas, chanting etc. is slowly attracting more and more children.

For a year, you can sponsor a child’s education or mid-day meal or school books or the teacher’s salary. You can also contribute to the annual school day activities, prizes, school infrastructure, educational tours etc. Yes, your contribution will directly go into making an impact on the foundations of tomorrow’s society in these villages.
